Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll replace or refund the cost of the item(s) (excluding Shipping and Handling fees) within 30 days of delivery of the item(s). All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund. Return shipping fees will apply. Delivery and oversize fees are non-refundable. Galt International reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Galt International assumes no liability for packages lost in transit or missing items that are marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to provide you with the information necessary to file a claim with the appropriate party.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed excluding Shipping and Handling fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@galtinternational.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact us immediately at customerservice@galtinternational.com. We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action.
